The mission of Made New is to spread the love of Christ through the ministry of music. We want to put smiles on the faces and a song in the hearts of people as far and wide as our light can shine.
The name Made New reflects the vision and beliefs of our group. We’ve all had struggles and dark times in our past, But we each have a new perspective on life since our encounter with Christ. We set out to make our sound, our look, & our approach to acappella music a refreshing break from the norm.
We remain grounded in the unchanging word of God but embrace new ways of expanding our ministry in this ever changing world. We hope that you find our original style of music both encouraging and entertaining.

Made New’s debut album “The Journey” was the 2012 winner of the prestigious CAMA (Christian Acapella Music Award) for Best New Artists. 11 tracks of original compositions and covers, this impressive debut is packed with stand out songs like “Can’t Nobody,” the roof-raising cover, of Chaka Khan’s “Aint Nobody”, flipped into a worship song that is sure to raise the praise. The deeply soulful “Soon I Will be Done” is a reflective tune with a haunting refrain, and “Need You Lord” a crowd-pleasing, hand-clapper. The Journey is the solid first step of a powerful group finding their way.

Through the Fire, the second full length album from Made New is the reflection of a group reborn after struggles and trials threatened to tear them apart. But what the enemy meant for misery became the platform for ministry and this second effort shows a group that’s wiser, bolder, and unbound by the restraints of tradition. Through the Fire is a daring exploration of vocal innovation, accountability and healing through reflective musical ministry.

No matter what we are going through we believe that God deserves our best, and part of that effort is to elevate our praise through innovative and original sounds that we share as we tour churches and perform at functions across the nation. But we haven’t lost sight of tradition, and one of the most important parts of our ministry is bringing comfort and joy to the elderly, sick and shut-in of our community. We go wherever the ministry of sound is needed to refresh, revive and restore God’s people and His Church.

But we’ve learned as a group to hold one another accountable for our mistakes, not hostage to our faults. We believe in forgiveness, redemption and restoration for everyone. And with that belief we not only edify our listeners, but we encourage one another along this journey. As we minister to you, we’re ministering to ourselves.
